3. Data Collection in the App

Google Play Services & Firebase

We use Google Play Services and Firebase (Google Ireland Limited) for crash analysis (Crashlytics) and infrastructure. Data such as IP addresses and device IDs may be processed.

Payment Processing (RevenueCat)

We use RevenueCat (USA) to handle in-app purchases and subscriptions.

• Purpose: Validating and restoring purchases.
• Data: Anonymized purchase receipts & pseudonymized App User IDs. No real names or banking data are stored by us.
• Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (Performance of a contract).
• Third Country Transfer: USA (secured by Standard Contractual Clauses).

Terms of Service

1. Scope:
These Terms of Service apply to the use of the "Meeting Meter" app (hereinafter "App"). By installing and using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Services:
The App allows users to estimate meeting costs. The calculated values are estimates only and are not legally binding financial data.

3. Disclaimer:
The App is provided on an "as-is" basis. The developer makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of the calculations or the continuous availability of the App. Liability for damages resulting from the use of the App (e.g. incorrect billing) is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

4. In-App Purchases:
Subscriptions and purchases ("Pro Version") are processed through the respective App Store (Apple/Google). The terms and conditions of these platforms apply in addition.

5. Changes:
We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue features of the App at any time.
